Ecommerce Operations Internship

What you will do as Ecommerce Operations Internship: 1. Assist in processing online B2C orders, including order verification and shipping. 2. Monitoring stock on hand and assist in replenishment on marketplace. 3. Assist in updating product listings, prices, and promotions on the ecommerce platform. 4. Execute the marketing team to support ecommerce promotional activities and campaigns through Ecommerce Key Account Manager. 5. Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and generate reports as needed. 6. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the ecommerce platform. Qualifications: 1. Currently in the final year of university from any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 6. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems is a plus. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 8. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 9. Available for 3 months period of paid internship. 10. Willing to work from our office (Joglo, Jakarta Barat).
