KeyResponsibilities1.E-Commerce Sales & Business GrowthDrive monthly and annual sales targets across Singapore and Malaysia e-commerce channels.Manage key platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, KrisShop, and other online retail partners where applicable.Develop platform-specific sales strategies to grow revenue, conversion, basket size, and market share.Identify new online business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and platform opportunities.2.Marketplace & Platform ManagementManage day-to-day operations of marketplace stores.Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized with strong images, titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing.Monitor product ranking, search visibility, customer reviews, and competitor activities.Work with platform account managers to secure campaigns, homepage features, vouchers, bundles, and other promotional placements.Ensure brand presentation across all platforms is consistent, professional, and commercially effective.3.Campaigns, Promotions & Trade PlanningPlan and execute monthly campaign calendars for Singapore and Malaysia.Lead key platform campaigns such as 1.1, 2.2, 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, payday sales, travel fairs, and seasonal travel campaigns.Recommend exclusive promotions on selected SKUs instead of relying only on blanket discounts.Work closely with management to balance sales growth, margin, stock availability, and brand positioning.Review campaign results and provide recommendations for future promotional planning.4.Digital Marketing & PerformanceManage platform ads, search ads, display ads, sponsored product campaigns, and other paid media activities.Track return on ad spend, conversion rate, cost per order, traffic, and campaign performance.Work with agencies or internal teams on digital media, product launches, KOL campaigns, and social commerce initiatives.Support Travel Blue’s social commerce direction, especially for product launches, travel-related campaigns, and key shopping festivals.Analyse digital marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic, conversion, and sales.5.Social Media Content & Agency ManagementWork closely with appointed social media and creative agencies to develop monthly content for Travel Blue Singapore and Malaysia.Plan and manage social media content calendars aligned with product launches, platform campaigns, travel seasons, key promotional periods, and brand-building initiatives.Brief agencies on campaign objectives, product focus, key messages, target audience, and brand direction.Review and provide feedback on social media posts, reels, videos, banners, product visuals, and other digital assets.Ensure all content is consistent with Travel Blue’s brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and commercial objectives.Coordinate product samples, shoot requirements, KOL content, influencer seeding, and campaign timelines where required.Work with agencies to develop engaging content that supports brand awareness, product education, customer engagement, and traffic conversion to e-commerce platforms.Track social media content performance and work with agencies to improve engagement, reach, click-through, and sales conversion.6.Product & Content ManagementEnsure strong online presentation of key product categories including neck pillows, travel adaptors, cables, power banks, backpacks, luggage, socks, and travel accessories.Coordinate product launches, new colour launches, bundles, and online-exclusive packs.Improve product pages with better visuals, videos, comparison charts, lifestyle content, and product education materials.Work with marketing and agency partners to develop banners, cover images, campaign visuals, product videos, and product education content.Ensure product information, pricing, images, and campaign mechanics are updated accurately and on time.7.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly e-commerce sales reports for Singapore and Malaysia.Analyse sales trends by platform, product category, SKU, campaign, and customer behaviour.Monitor stock availability, sell-through, pricing, promotion effectiveness, and competitor movement.Provide clear recommendations to improve sales, margin, campaign results, and operational efficiency.Present key business updates, risks, opportunities, and action plans to management.8.Inventory & Operations CoordinationWork closely with supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Monitor fast-moving SKUs and highlight potential out-of-stock risks.Coordinate stock allocation for major campaigns, product launches, and key promotional periods.Ensure platform service levels, fulfilment timelines, and customer experience standards are met.Support operational improvements to reduce cancellations, late fulfilment, and customer complaints.9.Regional CoordinationManage both Singapore and Malaysia e-commerce performance.Adapt product assortment, pricing, promotion, and campaign strategy according to each market.Share best practices across markets and support regional e-commerce development where required.Work closely with regional teams to align stock planning, marketing direction, and commercial priorities.RequirementsMinimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital sales, or online retail.Strong hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada is required.Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, KrisShop, or other online retail platforms will be an advantage.Good understanding of marketplace campaigns, platform ads, vouchers, bundles, and traffic mechanics.Experience working with social media agencies, creative agencies, KOLs, or influencers will be an advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to read sales data and turn insights into action.Commercially minded with good understanding of pricing, margin, stock planning, and promotion strategy.Able to work independently and manage multiple platforms and campaigns at the same time.Good communication skills and able to coordinate with agencies, platforms, internal teams, and management.Experience in travel accessories, consumer electronics, bags, lifestyle products, FMCG, or retail will be an
