Social Media & E-Commerce Operations SpecialistSalary: $2,300 - $2,500 (Based on Experience)Location: UbiWork Schedule:Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMMonthly Rest Days: 8Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok ShopMaintain product listings, pricing, and promotional campaignsCoordinate e-commerce sales activities and platform promotionsHandle customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales supportMonitor sales performance and prepare reports using Excel or Google SheetsAnalyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvementSupport social media and online marketing activitiesAssist with other e-commerce operational duties as assignedRequirements:Relevant experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is requiredFamiliar with e-commerce operations, promotional campaigns, and customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsAble to interpret sales data and prepare basic performance reportsExperience using AI tools for work-related tasks is preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independentlyAble to multitask and manage daily operational priorities efficientlyCandidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
