Role OverviewDevelop AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, and AI agents that improve engineering productivity, knowledge management, and project execution.Shape the Future of Engineering with AIAt Seatrium, we are transforming the way large-scale offshore, marine, and energy projects are designed and delivered through Artificial Intelligence.As an AI Engineer, you will work at the intersection of engineering and advanced AI technologies, building intelligent systems that help engineers make faster decisions, automate repetitive work, unlock knowledge from millions of engineering documents, and improve project execution across global projects.This is an exciting opportunity for graduates passionate about AI, software development, innovation, and solving real-world engineering challenges using the latest Generative AI technologies.What You'll Do• Design and develop intelligent AI agents using OpenAI Agent SDKs and modern agent frameworks.• Build AI-powered copilots and automation solutions that enhance engineering productivity and decision-making.• Develop scalable applications, APIs, and system integrations using Python and modern software development frameworks.• Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to unlock insights from engineering knowledge and documentation.• Deploy, manage, and optimize AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).• Partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to digitalize workflows and transform operational processes.• Adopt modern software engineering practices using GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and collaborative development tools.• Explore, prototype, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement across engineering functions.Technologies & Platforms You'll Work With• Python, JavaScript, and modern application development frameworks• FastAPI, Flask, and Django for building scalable applications and services• REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise connectivity solutions• OpenAI APIs, AI Agent Frameworks, and Generative AI technologies• Cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)Requirements•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.•Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.•Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.•Basic programming skills in Python and a willingness to learn modern software development practices.•Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, or cloud technologies gained through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.•Curious, innovative, and eager to experiment with new technologies and tools.•Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.•Self-motivated learner with a passion for solving real-world engineering challenges using technology.Added Advantage•Experience in AI, machine learning, software development, hackathons, research projects, or internships.•Exposure to Python, GitHub, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), or AI tools and frameworks.•Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG, or Generative AI applications through academic or personal projects.•Interest in engineering, energy, offshore, marine, or industrial digital transformation.Our Address and Working Hours:Seatrium (SG) Pte.
