Role Overview

Coupang Taiwan is looking for a highly technical Program Management leader to reimagine catalog quality and catalog operations through AI and LLM-powered solutions. This role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Product Management, Data, and AI. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable workflows that automatically identify, evaluate, and resolve catalog quality issues across millions of product listings. Unlike traditional program management roles, this position requires a hands-on builder mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging LLMs, designing data pipelines, creating MVPs with small teams, and rapidly scaling successful solutions across the organization.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic initiatives focused on catalog quality and catalog upgrades at scale

Identify catalog defects, quality issues, and customer experience gaps through deep data analysis

Define gold standards for product titles, attributes, images, and catalog content

Design and implement LLM-powered workflows to detect and resolve catalog issues automatically

Build and validate MVP solutions using AI tools and small cross-functional teams

Establish evaluation frameworks for prompt engineering and LLM output quality

Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Business, and Operations teams to scale successful solutions

Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to improve search relevance and conversion metrics

Drive end-to-end ownership from problem identification through implementation and business impact measurement

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Product Operations, Data Products, or related areas

Demonstrated experience applying LLMs and AI technologies to solve real-world business problems

Hands-on experience designing workflows, automation solutions, or data pipelines

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data and identify root causes

Ability to independently build MVPs and rapidly iterate solutions

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in catalog management, catalog products, search, recommendation, marketplace, or e-commerce platforms

Product Management experience in a large-scale technology company

Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, and AI product development

Background from Amazon, Uber, Airbnb, Agoda, or similar technology companies

Experience working with large-scale datasets and consumer-facing products
