Lead Data Scientist - Risk

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist who will join the Common Capabilities team in GoTo Risk Data Science, and help develop machine learning based solutions in the area of fraud detection.
What You Will Do: Responsible for model creation, training and deployment
Debug and troubleshoot existing production ML systems
Work closely with other members of the team as well as the larger set of stakeholders for the problem, to ensure that the your technical work produces the expected business impact
What You Will Need: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of Statistics/ML fundamentals and demonstrated experience in Python
Experience building and deploying deep neural network models in a production setting
A very good understanding of ML system design, and the issues faced when scaling ML systems and integrating them with other software systems
Very good communication skills, and the ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
Ph.D. or Masters in a quantitative discipline, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
