Digital eCommerce Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital eCommerce Executive to support the growth of our live commerce, affiliate marketing, marketplace, and AI-enabled content initiatives across TikTok, Shopee, and other emerging digital platforms. This role will be responsible for coordinating affiliate and creator activities, supporting livestream operations, managing sample coordination, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with short-form video content creation using digital and AI tools such as TikTok Creative Suite, Seedance 2.0, BytePlus, and other platforms adopted by the company.Key responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor affiliate partners, livestream hosts, content creators, and external agencies across TikTok, Shopee, and other live commerce platforms.- Support the planning and execution of livestream calendars, affiliate content schedules, campaign timelines, and platform activities.- Prepare and coordinate product briefs, campaign mechanics, vouchers, bundles, talking points, and content requirements for affiliates and livestream creators.- Coordinate product sample requirements for affiliate livestreams, short-form content, product seeding, and campaign activations.- Track livestream and campaign performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, views, engagement rate, click-through rate, average order value, product performance, and affiliate contribution.- Monitor competitor livestreams, content trends, promotional mechanics, and marketplace activities to identify market insights and improvement opportunities.- Conduct, monitor, and support AI-enabled or digital livestream sessions using BytePlus and other approved livestream platforms.- Generate and support short-form video content for TikTok, Shopee, and brand campaigns using TikTok Creative Suite, Seedance 2.0, and other approved AI or large language model tools.- Assist with livestream setup, product tagging, promotional mechanics, affiliate links, vouchers, bundles, and livestream support materials.- Maintain performance trackers, campaign calendars, affiliate lists, and operational documentation.Job Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, social commerce, livestream operations, marketplace operations, or content coordination- Proficient in using digital tools, AI content tools, creative platforms, spreadsheets, and marketplace dashboards- Good analytical ability with confidence in reviewing performance data and identifying practical improvement opportunities- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced campaign environment- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, livestream operations, affiliate programmes, creator management, or marketplace campaign execution will be highly advantageous.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting, tracking, and campaign monitoring- Comfortable working with affiliates, content creators, livestream hosts, internal teams, and external business partners.
