As a Content Producer, League of Legends: Wild Rift, you will report to the Manager, Content Production. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and flawless execution, translating our strategic goals into player-facing creative campaigns that surprise and delight. Partnering internally and externally across various disciplines—including production, art, video, writing, creative direction, brand, community, product management, and operations—you will orchestrate a smooth, end-to-end creative production process for entire Patch campaigns for Wild Rift. Your sharp awareness and transparent communication style will allow you to maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign requirements, advocate fiercely for project needs, and ensure every deliverable hits the mark for players. Required Knowledge & Skills:
Campaign & Production Strategy: Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of complex marketing campaigns, including video and art production. Creative Asset Management: High proficiency in handling large volumes of creative assets, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment across all projects. Design & Feedback: Deep understanding of the visual production process with the ability to provide actionable, daily feedback to creative teams. Project Management & Tools: Expert in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Airtable, Favro, Smartsheet) and digital asset management (e.g., Iconik, Brandfolder). Technical Proficiency: Skilled in delivery validation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator). Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors. Operational Resilience: Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, resolve conflicts, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, fluctuating creative environment. Detail-Oriented Communication: Sharp attention to detail with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to uphold high creative standards.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Co-author patch and campaign strategies in partnership with Brand, Creative, and Leadership, ensuring all content aligns with team and business goals. Production Execution: Oversee the end-to-end production of all patch content—from concept to delivery—ensuring high quality, consistent brand standards, and timely execution. Player-Centric Focus: Drive a community-first content approach, ensuring every patch resonates with players and delivers a high-quality experience. Resource & Workflow Management: With the Content Production Lead, optimize patch budgeting, manage resource allocation, and oversee the Central Airtable Publishing System (CAPS) to streamline approval, production and content scheduling workflows. Performance & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics, conduct regular quality audits, and implement data-driven improvements to refine future content strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and support for broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge gaps between creative, technical, and business stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in campaign, production, or project management, with a proven track record of leading creative project delivery and managing complex marketing assets.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in mobile, PC, and/or console games marketing. Specific experience in UA & ASO project management.
