Architect, design and build scalable systems that will have a direct impact on

customer acquisition, experience, conversion and retention

Develop close relationships with Product and tech team in China and Korea Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps for the

business

Drive continuous improvement to the efficiency and flexibility of the platform

and services while keeping high bar for customer trust, performance and availability

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent fields 10+ years of industry experience of increasing responsibility leading a group

of engineers, 6+ years of experience in software development in large distributed systems, web services and Java capability

Experience in designing and implementing high-concurrency, high-availability,

and high-scalability systems;

Familiar with distributed system architecture, microservice architecture and

design, and message queue, cache, database etc core backend knowledge

Growth mindset, company-wide perspective. Focus on business problem

solving, and data-driven

Strong competency in delivering results in an environment of rapidly changing

requirements with appropriate trade-offs

Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and dive deep Experience working closely with global distributed teams
