If you are ready to move beyond justexecution and into high-level strategy and client management, this is your next step.You’re stepping into a pivotal, client-facing role:● Act as the primary architect for multi-channel digital strategies that drive growth.● Partner with Account Managers to deliver high-level performance insights, acting asthe primary voice for strategy, optimization, and technical problem-solving duringclient sessions.● Integrate paid search, paid social, and organic efforts into one cohesive roadmap● Move the needle on ROI by identifying untapped opportunities in the digitallandscapeWhat will my day-to-day look like?● Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the discovery and planning phase for newand existing clients. You’ll define KPIs, audience segments, and channel mixes thatalign with long-term business objectives.● Technical Subject Matter Expert: Partner with Account Managers to leadperformance-focused client discussions, translating complex data into clearstrategic pivots and high-level technical consulting.● Strategy Oversight: Work alongside creatives and AMs to ensure campaignexecution remains true to the strategic roadmap and is optimized for the bestpossible results.● Full-Funnel Orchestration: Coordinate with the social media and media buyingteams to ensure that top-of-funnel awareness and bottom-of-funnel conversions areworking in harmony.● Data Storytelling & Reporting: Go beyond "likes" and "clicks." You will analyzefull-funnel performance and present reports that focus on revenue, attribution, andcustomer lifetime value.● Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts, platform algorithmchanges, and competitor tactics to keep our clients at the forefront of the market.About you:● You have 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with a proven trackrecord of managing client accounts (ideally in an agency setting).● You understand how Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email marketing intersect tocreate a customer journey.● You understand how Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email marketing intersect tocreate a customer journey.● You are comfortable using data to evaluate performance and improve strategy.● When a campaign underperforms, you don't just report it - you come to the table withthree ways to fix it.● You communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).● You align with our core values: teamwork, continuous improvement, and a stronggrowth mindset.About Omni Digital:We are a boutique digital marketing agency based in Singapore who wants to achieveworld-class marketing standards.
