What you will be doing:: Campaign strategy and planning
Build campaigns: build targeted campaigns that drive awareness, land the key product differentiators, and move people to launch their first Mind. Refine each campaign for its audience segment, with the right messaging and channel mix.
Work with product marketing: align on priorities and launch sequencing, taking the positioning into market through campaigns
Ideas and creative: contribute campaign content ideas and brief them in, including thought leadership, digital content and customer success stories, working with the content team, partnerships and product.
Partner activations: drive partner marketing activations into measurable outcomes, balancing deadlines and stakeholder communication for smooth campaign execution.
Execution and optimization
Run the campaigns: launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, content, events, social, paid media, KOLs and partner marketing.
Test and optimize: run structured A/B testing on concepts, messaging and assets. Iterate continuously against performance data and audience insight.
Campaign performance and efficiency
Report impact: track and report campaign impact across the funnel, from awareness through to a launched Mind.
Own the KPIs: own campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, users signed up, Minds spun up, and customer acquisition cost.
Analytics and reporting
Work with data and report with clarity: partner with the data team on measurement, attribution and reporting accuracy. Provide regular performance reports and clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
Scale what works: spot trends and opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
How this fits with the team:: Reporting line: This role is an individual contributor, reporting to the Marketing Director. You plan and manage campaign spend and work with the wider marketing team to run campaigns smoothly.
Product marketing: work with product marketing on positioning, messaging and launches.
Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with social, design, GTM, the various business units and external agencies to produce campaign assets, and work across the wider team to deliver.
Who we are looking for:: Proven marketer: a track record running end-to-end multi-channel consumer campaigns that drive measurable user growth and launches.
Disciplined operator and project manager: sharp on process and prioritisation under pressure, able to say no and hold the line.
Cost-conscious: you run campaigns with an eye on efficiency and impact, and you can show the cost of the launches your work drives.
Strong communicator and collaborator: excellent written communication and the maturity to own outcomes across internal teams and external partners.
Partner marketing experience: a track record of driving collaborative activations.
Data-literate: able to translate data and product insight into campaigns that perform, working with the data team rather than owning the stack.
AI enthusiast: genuinely excited about AI products and driven to make Minds a global success.
Local market experience: experience building local consumer campaigns in Southeast Asia or Europe to drive awareness and product trial is a strong plus.
Language skills: fluency in English is required. Fluency in an Asian language preferred, or a European language, is a strong advantage.
Experience: 5 to 6 years in consumer marketing in a high-growth environment.
The goal for month six:: Initiate and run orchestrated campaigns and partner activations.
Drive measurable launches against the weekly active user goal, at a customer acquisition cost you can defend.
