Business Development Manager (Flow Measurement)

Job Responsibilities:Lead the flow business, ensuring achievement of business targets and sustainable growthDevelop and execute growth strategy and medium-term business plan in alignment with regional leadership, ensuring effective implementation and delivery of objectivesStrengthen collaboration with regional sales teams and other business unit stakeholders to accelerate business developmentDrive project pursuit and opportunity management activities, enhancing prioritization, customer engagement, and conversion to maximize business resultsUtilize business intelligence tools and market data for opportunity analysis, pipeline management, trend tracking, and identification of key growth areas to support data-driven decisionsJob Requirements:Degree in Engineering or other related fields5–10 years of relevant experience in business leadership, sales, or technical rolesTechnical expertise in flow measurement technology (e.g. Coriolis Flowmeters)Good sales and business analysis skills
