UI/UX Designer

UI/UX DESIGNER Full-Time | Onsite JJ GROUP - East Jakarta Digital & Creative Workshop About the Role We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can do more than create beautiful screens. We need someone who can understand business goals, translate user needs into clear product flows, and create interfaces that are not only visually strong, but also usable, structured, and ready for real implementation. This role is for someone who can think clearly, design realistically, and explain design decisions with logic — not only aesthetics. What You Will Do Translate product, business, and user needs into clear user flows and interface solutions Design wireframes, user journeys, UI screens, and prototypes Improve usability, clarity, and task flow across digital products Work closely with product, developers, and stakeholders Create structured and consistent design systems / reusable components Prepare clean handoff files for development Present design rationale clearly, including decisions and trade-offs Iterate based on feedback, constraints, and implementation realities

Must-Have Skills Experience working on SaaS, marketplace, or high-traffic digital products Strong experience with Figma Strong understanding of user flow, wireframing, information hierarchy, and usability Ability to create clean and realistic UI for web or mobile products Ability to explain design decisions clearly Familiarity with front-end constraints Experience improving existing products, not only designing from zero Good understanding of responsive design and component thinking Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams Able to prepare development-ready handoff

What We Mean by a Strong UI/UX Designer solve problems, not only decorate screens can explain the “why” behind design choices can simplify complexity can work within business and technical constraints can create practical, implementable solutions

This Role Is Not For candidates who only focus on visual trends without clear UX thinking candidates who cannot explain their contribution in portfolio projects candidates who only present beautiful case studies but cannot discuss real product constraints candidates who are strong in Figma output but weak in flow, structure, and decision-making
