Job TitleSocial Media Sales ExecutiveJob DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Social Media Sales Executive to manage online customer enquiries and drive sales across digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) and other social commerce channels.The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with customers, understands social media trends and has a passion for online sales.Key Responsibilities• Respond to customer enquiries across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms.• Convert online enquiries into successful sales.• Build strong customer relationships through digital communication.• Assist in planning promotional campaigns and product launches.• Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams for order fulfilment.• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.• Assist with live streaming, content publishing and online engagement.• Monitor platform performance and customer feedback.Requirements• Diploma or equivalent preferred.• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Fluent in English and Mandarin.• Customer-oriented with strong sales awareness.• Experience in e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage.• Basic photography or video editing skills are preferred.Preferred SkillsDigital SalesSocial MediaCustomer EngagementCRMLive StreamingContent MarketingCommunicationE-commerce
