Job Description• Develop and manage partnerships with beauty, skincare, and cosmetics brands that are qualified or planning to enter the China market.• Lead end-to-end business development for livestream e-commerce channels including Douyin (TikTok China), Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu, with future expansion to TikTok international platforms.• Source and evaluate beauty and skincare products for livestream campaigns, ensuring alignment with market trends, brand positioning, and consumer demand.• Negotiate cooperation terms with brand partners, including pricing, commission structures, sales incentives, and promotional mechanisms.• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and marketing teams to secure long-term partnerships.• Coordinate with internal livestream teams, influencers, and operation teams to execute sales campaigns and optimize conversion performance.• Analyze sales data, industry trends, and competitor strategies to continuously improve product selection and business performance.• Ensure compliance with platform rules and brand requirements, especially in the beauty and skincare category.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or related field.• Strong experience in livestream e-commerce, brand partnership, or business development, preferably in beauty and skincare industry.• Solid understanding of cosmetics and skincare products, ingredients, and consumer preferences in the Chinese market.• Familiar with major Chinese social commerce platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu.• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with brand partners.• Proven ability in product selection, campaign planning, and revenue-driven cooperation models (e.g. commission-based or GMV-based partnerships).• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and market insight capabilities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented e-commerce environment.• English and Mandarin proficiency preferred; additional knowledge of international e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop is a plus.
