About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Commercial Operations Manager to drive the effectiveness and performance of our offline sales operations. This role will be responsible for commercial planning, budgeting, sales administration, claims management, and performance analysis to support sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent planning capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to improve commercial execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the offline sales team. Lead annual commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes. Manage sales operational budgets, trade spending, incentive programs, and claims administration. Monitor budget utilization and ensure commercial investments deliver optimal business results. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities and risks. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and business reviews to support management decision-making. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial objectives. Establish and improve operational processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and business objectives. Support the implementation of commercial initiatives, sales programs, and growth projects.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Business Performance, or related functions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Prior experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution industries is highly preferred. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, sales administration, claims management, and performance analysis. Proven ability to translate business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
