Digital Marketing Executive

About the RoleAire is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own our social and live commerce presence end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of affiliate marketing, live selling, and community management — you'll be the person building and running the relationships and content that drive sales through social and live channels.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates, and tracking their performance against targets.Source, brief, and manage live hosts for livestream commerce events, coordinating schedules, content, and performance follow-up.Plan and run live commerce sessions, working with hosts and internal teams to hit sales and engagement goals.Own community engagement across both in-person (events, pop-ups, meetups) and virtual (social platforms, live chat, DMs) touchpoints.Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings across platforms, maintaining a consistent, on-brand tone and escalating issues where needed.Create and manage owned social content (short-form video, posts, stories) that supports live commerce and affiliate campaigns.Track social commerce trends and platform updates (TikTok Shop, Instagram, etc.) and bring relevant opportunities to the team.Report on affiliate, live commerce, and community performance, using data to refine strategy.RequirementsProven experience managing affiliates and/or live hosts, ideally within social or live commerce.Solid understanding of how social commerce works — platforms, mechanics, and current trends.Hands-on content creation skills (filming, editing, or directing short-form content).Comfortable managing community engagement across both online and offline settings.Strong written communication for handling reviews, ratings, and customer-facing responses.Highly organized, able to juggle multiple hosts, affiliates, and campaigns at once.Experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram Live Shopping, or similar live commerce platforms.Existing network of affiliates or live hosts in relevant categories.
