Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Media Strategist to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll support our regional media planner with performance monitoring, data reporting, and campaign optimization. This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn digital advertising best practices, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support the media buying team in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns mainly across Google, Meta, YouTube and TikTok. Assist with monitoring daily campaign performance and consolidating data for reporting and analysis. Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities. Learn and apply campaign management best practices under mentorship. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Experience in digital advertising, influencer marketing, marketing dashboards and/or data analysis is a plus. Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and learning new tools. Language Requirement: Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
