The Sales and Partnership Manager is a high-energy, "hunter-style" role focused on driving company growth through the acquisition of new regional partnerships and the achievement of aggressive sales targets. Unlike a traditional account manager, your primary objective is to identify untapped market opportunities, pitch our value proposition to regional stakeholders, and secure new business contracts. This is a performance-driven position offering a competitive basic salary supplemented by an attractive variable compensation (commission) structure, directly rewarding your success in expanding our regional footprint.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRegional Market Hunting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners across Singapore and Malaysia market to build a robust sales pipeline.KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly Sales and Partnership targets (KPIs) a strategic mix of hunting and leveraging existing resources.Lead Generation: While the role requires a "hunter" mindset for cold calling and networking, you will also be supported with warm leads sourced from the extensive SESAMi existing ecosystem. Outreach to potential partners and end clients.Partnership Development: Design and execute high-impact regional partnership strategies that align with the company’s expansion goals.Pitching & Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and preparing pitch decks to negotiating contracts and final execution.Reporting & Strategy: Prepare detailed weekly status reports on sales conversions, pipeline health, and regional market trends.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that new partner requirements and project deliverables are launched on schedule.Communication Planning: Establish and execute communication plans that effectively convey our brand value to external regional stakeholders. Represent SESAMi at industry events and trade shows.QUALIFICATION• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships(Entry-level candidates with a strong "can-do" attitude are encouraged to apply).• Availability: Ability to attend after-hours networking events and regional travel for roadshowsas required.• Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of e-Procurement systems, e-Invoicingframeworks (e.g., Peppol), and the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process is a significant advantage.• Sales Track Record: Proven ability to hit targets (could include internships or prior salesachievements).
