Role Objective As a Senior Partner Development Manager - Chinese Speaker at AppsFlyer, you will act as the strategic liaison between AppsFlyer and our most influential media and technology partners, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and more.  You will develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth and innovation.  This role requires a highly independent operator with exceptional relationship and communication skills, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to align global stakeholders around shared goals. Key Responsibilities

Build deep understanding of each partner's business, challenges and opportunities. Map and manage key stakeholders across partner organizations, navigating towards shared goals  Develop and execute partnership strategies with our top partners.  Manage multiple partner relationships with strong planning and prioritization discipline  Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and lead GTM initiatives including co-marketing, product adoption and thought leadership Identify and actualize collaboration opportunities including joint marketing campaigns, shared research, go-to-market programs Ensure strong internal alignment and communication to ensure regional  buy-in for executing partnership initiatives.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholder levels - from operational to leadership - within partner organizations across SEAPAC & GCR markets Multilingual communication: must operate fluently in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) - written and spoken - across partner meetings, executive business reviews and external-facing content Eloquent presentation skill; must be well versed in presenting both business and technical topics to partner stakeholders and in public forums. Business Acumen: Strategic thinker who understand the APAC competitive landscape and can navigate independently  Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve partnership friction before it escalates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) & English. 5+ years in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development within the tech industry. Proven experience managing strategic partnerships across APAC markets, with a strong understanding of the region's diverse business landscapes, culture, and stakeholder dynamics. Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is a strict requirement for this role Product knowledge of mobile advertising and MMPs is a strong advantage Experience working with global partners, and internal global and cross-regional teams
