FCP diagnoses what is holding revenue back, then works with clients from strategy to execution across positioning, go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales discipline, pipeline quality, pricing logic, AI visibility and the operating systems behind repeatable growth.The work is diagnostic-first. It starts with a clear view of what is blocking repeatable growth, followed by practical work with the client to fix it. Our client work connects commercial strategy, brand, marketing, search visibility, social media, sales outreach and revenue operations around the decision in front of the client.The roleWe are looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to plan, create and manage social media content for Full Court Press and its clients.You will manage FCP’s own social presence and work directly with clients to understand their business, customers, brand voice and commercial priorities. You will turn those priorities into useful content, manage publishing and approvals, monitor audience response and help route genuine enquiries to the correct commercial owner.This is a client-facing role for someone who can combine sound judgement, strong writing and hands-on content production.Key responsibilitiesManage social media accounts and content calendars for Full Court Press and clients.Develop founder-led and firm content that supports FCP’s commercial positioning and client acquisition.Use FCP articles, diagnostics, research and commercial observations as source material for social content.Plan content around each client’s commercial priorities, campaigns, events and buyer questions.Plan, create, publish and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Xiaohongshu (RED), based on each client’s audience, market and commercial priorities.Write platform-appropriate posts, captions, short-form scripts and content briefs.Create straightforward graphics, carousels and short videos.Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok where relevant to the client.Adapt content for the audience and conventions of each platform.Coordinate content inputs, reviews and approvals with clients.Schedule and publish approved content accurately and on time.Monitor comments, messages and relevant audience conversations.Escalate commercial enquiries and sensitive issues to the agreed client owner.Turn website articles, case studies, events, interviews and client materials into social content.Maintain consistency across social profiles, websites and other public business information.Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and other approved specialists when required.Prepare monthly reports covering content performance, audience response, enquiries and commercial contribution.Maintain accurate client records, content libraries and approval histories.RequirementsAt least two years of relevant experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing.Experience managing social media accounts for clients or multiple business units.Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.Hands-on ability with Canva and a short-form video editing tool such as CapCut or Adobe software.Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.Experience building content calendars and managing approval workflows.Ability to create straightforward graphics, carousels and short-form videos.Ability to understand and preserve different client voices.Strong organisation and attention to detail.Confidence communicating with clients and presenting recommendations.Ability to manage several client workstreams and meet agreed deadlines.Careful handling of confidential information, approvals and published claims.Responsible use of AI for research and production, with fact-checking and human review.Additional experience that would be usefulProfessional-services, consumer or ecommerce marketing.Founder or executive LinkedIn content.Basic photography or video production.Social media analytics and reporting.Community management and enquiry handling.Paid social campaign coordination.Website content, SEO, AEO or GEO familiarity.CRM and lead-attribution reporting.Client-facing consulting or agency experience.What success looks likeDuring the first three months, you will be expected to:Learn the FCP Revenue Growth Advisory approach and client delivery standards.Take ownership of FCP and agreed client content calendars and approval processes.Produce clear, accurate and commercially relevant content.Establish a reliable publishing and reporting rhythm.Improve the connection between FCP and client social activity, website content and sales follow-up.Help FCP and its clients identify which content is creating useful conversations, enquiries and commercial opportunities.What the role offersDirect exposure to founders and senior commercial leaders.Work across several industries and commercial situations.Hands-on responsibility from planning through production and reporting.Opportunities to develop social media, content and commercial advisory skills.A collaborative environment with access to senior commercial guidance.ApplicationPlease apply with:Your résumé.Examples of social media accounts or campaigns you have managed.A brief description of your responsibilities for each example.Two or three examples of posts, graphics, carousels or short videos you created.One example of how your social media work contributed to a business enquiry, campaign result or commercial outcome.Applications will be assessed on relevant skills, experience and demonstrated ability to perform the role.
