ROLE OVERVIEWThe AI Enablement Manager helps enterprise customers turn AI from a product capability into real business outcomes. You will work with customers and internal teams to understand problems, design AI-powered solutions, deploy them in real business environments, measure performance, and continuously improve results with data and AI tools.This is not a traditional customer success role, and it is not a narrow delivery role. You will operate more like an AI field deployment owner: close to customers, close to product, close to data, and accountable for making AI actually work in the field.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Understand real business problems. Work directly with customers to clarify workflows, pain points, success metrics, and operational challenges, then turn ambiguous needs into structured AI use cases and action plans.• Design and deploy AI solutions. Use the WIZ.AI platform to design, configure, test, and launch AI Talkbot solutions, including flows, prompts, rules, logic, escalation paths, test cases, and performance checks.• Use AI tools to move faster and better. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, demo preparation, conversation drafting, call data analysis, feedback summarization, issue diagnosis, and optimization ideas.• Own the loop from launch to value. Monitor performance after go-live, identify issues, collect feedback, and improve the solution until customers see measurable value in adoption, experience, efficiency, or business outcomes.• Work across teams to solve problems. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to unblock issues and improve outcomes.• Discover the next AI opportunity. As you learn the customer business, proactively identify where AI can create more value through optimization, new use cases, renewal, or expansion.You may be a strong fit if you have:• Curious about AI, enterprise software, automation, or digital transformation• Clear communicator with customers and internal teams• Structured problem solver• Ownership: care about outcomes, not just tasks• Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguityNice to have, but not required:• Projects or internships in consulting, SaaS, customer success, project management, business analysis, software testing, or AI-related work• Use of AI tools for research, analysis, coding, workflow automation, or project work• Basics of LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, conversation design, UX, flowcharts, or system logic• Excel, SQL, Python, or basic data analysisWHAT YOU WILL GAINThis role gives you end-to-end exposure to enterprise AI adoption. You will learn how AI solutions are discovered, designed, deployed, measured, optimized, and expanded. You will work with real customers, real data, real business pressure, and real AI use cases.• Build AI-native problem-solving habits: use AI tools to improve speed, quality, analysis, and execution.• Develop customer-facing capability: communicate with enterprise stakeholders and turn business problems into practical solutions.• Grow into broader paths: AI solution consulting, field deployment, customer success leadership, product operations, business operations, or AI transformation.
