Job Description:Position: Business Development & Marketing Manager Well-established Singapore Façade and Curtain Wall Engineering MNC5.5 Days Work Week Alternate Saturday Flexible Start Work Timing (8am / 8:30am / 9am) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500Entitled to Transport / Car Allowance Up to $600 Monthly Entitled to Mobile Allowance of $50 Monthly Entitled to Variable Performance Bonuses Working Location: Boon Lay Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits ProvidedDuration: PermanentIndustry: Construction & Building MaterialsMain Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products, services, and brand awareness.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and business opportunities.Analyse competitor activities and market data to support strategic planning and decision-making.Generate sales opportunities and secure approximately 1–2 projects annually for the company.Follow up with customers, prepare quotations, and manage the complete sales process.Participate in tender submissions, including tender interviews and presentations.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and media partners.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and customers.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets.Track, measure, and analyse campaign and sales performance against targets and budgets.Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance.Maintain updated customer databases and CRM records.Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and best practices.Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably within the construction, interior design or related industries.
