As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Hong Kong Marketing team and be responsible for delivering digital content and supporting PR initiatives for all marketing communication channels in Hong Kong, and ensure that all content created is aligned with Lalamove’s key messages, tone and voice.

What you'll do:: The candidate will steer regional campaign efficiencies, drive cross-market alignment, and manage end-to-end delivery performance across a portfolio of markets:

Market Alignment & Performance Monitoring: Hold regular syncs with local market marketing teams to actively check live campaign metrics, audit status, and monitor media spending pacing. Flag red markets for deep-dive review and intervention

End-to-End Campaign Delivery Optimization: Bridge and strengthen workflows from business strategy to local execution, overseeing the lifecycle stream: Strategy -> Execution -> Creative/Localization -> Performance Adjustment. Identify gaps in top/mid/bottom-funnel alignment and provide actionable recommendations.

AI Integration & Automation Scaling: Spearhead and scale AI tool adoption within local marketing arms to enhance structural workflows, lower creative overhead, and boost production efficiency.

Asset Quantity & Quality Gatekeeping: Review localized channel assets, act as the regional creative gatekeeper, and develop systemic workflows to rapidly scale up cross-market creative adaptation and asset variations.

Cross-Market Learning & Strategy Standardization: Extract data-driven learnings from successful regional strategies and build unified playbooks to ensure ad product adoption consistency.

What you'll need:: Must-Have

Experience: 2–4 years of hand-on experience managing multi-market digital marketing campaigns, with a strong preference for a proven background in a digital performance, creative, or social-first advertising agency.

Platform Competency: Full technical mastery of full-funnel account structures, optimization, and bidding setups across major distribution channels, specifically Google Ads (Pmax, YouTube, DV360, etc.), Meta Business Manager, TikTok, etc.

Analytical & Technical Skills: Experience in campaign setup, including budgeting, bidding, targeting, optimisation. Coaching mindset, can explain complex issues to various markets with varying capability.

Strategic Auditing Acumen: Demonstrated capability in diagnosing account health, structural flaws, budget misallocations, and conducting rigorous operational geo-targeting health check audits.

Adaptability & Localization Sensitivity: Deep commercial empathy to balance centralized functional direction with localized execution factors.

Language: fluent in English, additional regional language is a plus

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MCP)

Regional working experience (regional account with overseas market knowledge)
