PR & KOL Specialist (Beauty Brands) 📍 Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO – Thamrin) 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role We're looking for a PR & KOL Specialist to help grow our beauty brands through strategic influencer partnerships and public relations initiatives. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with creators, media, and communities while driving brand awareness through impactful campaigns and product seeding.

Responsibilities Develop and execute PR and KOL strategies for beauty brands. Identify, source, and manage KOLs, influencers, media, and brand partners. Plan and execute product seeding and PR gifting campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and media. Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate campaign execution from outreach to content delivery. Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports. Stay updated on beauty trends, creator landscape, and social media trends. Collaborate closely with Brand, Social Media teams.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, KOL, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Marketing. Experience handling influencer campaigns from planning to execution. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and social media trends.

Nice to Have Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry. Existing network of beauty influencers, creators, or media. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and beauty community trends. Experience using influencer marketing or campaign tracking tools.
