The property offers diverse dining experiences and wellness facilities, delivering warm service and authentic local experiences.Job DescriptionOur client requires a Marketing Communications Manager reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the hotel's marketing communications activities, ensuring consistent messaging across print and electronic media, and effectively communicating key strategic messages to target audiences. The role also involves producing or liaising with firms that produce public relations materials, advertising, and marketing collaterals.ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Media ManagementPrepare promotional press releases on personalities among guests and associates of the hotel, and on noteworthy hotel eventsCoordinate and supervise the art section in the production of posters and other printed materialsSupervise and direct photographers commissioned to take pictures of VIPs, shows, and other eventsCoordinate publication of the hotel's newsletters and flyers for associates and the public covering Rooms, Restaurant, Bar, and Events promotionsProvide information to other departments on activities within and outside the hotel that may be useful when dealing with guestsWork with Front Office, Banquet Sales/Conference, Restaurant, Bar & Events departments to coordinate guest lists and invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners, and other eventsAttend to client and media complaints, requests, and enquiries, coordinating handling with relevant departmentsAssist with hosting media, planned press conferences, and other press activitiesAct as the hotel's liaison with media to promote positive publicity and counteract negative publicityMaintain and update the media listing for trade, group, and consumer publications on a regular basisMaintain clipping files pertaining to the hotel's advertising and publicity, and provide updates to the General ManagerMaintain digital photograph and slide librariesOnline Reputation & Digital PresenceOversee the hotel's online reputation management across review, booking, and social media platforms, including TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and Online Travel AgenciesEnsure timely responses to guest feedback, monitor online sentiment, and identify service recovery opportunitiesWork closely with operational departments to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputationUpdate content on the hotel's pages on the corporate websiteLiaise with the Brands team at Corporate office on matters affecting corporate imageEnsure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act as the hotel's Data Protection OfficerDigital Content, SEO Oversight & Marketing AnalyticsCollaborate with Corporate Brand and Digital Marketing teams to ensure hotel website content remains current, accurate, brand-compliant, and relevant to target audiencesReview and recommend updates to website content, landing pages, promotions, and digital assets to support business objectives and seasonal campaignsMonitor the hotel's organic search performance and search visibility, providing feedback on content relevance, keyword opportunities, and local market requirementsRegularly review the hotel's online presence, including website listings, Google Business Profile, and third-party platforms, to ensure accuracy and consistencyAnalyse website traffic, user behaviour, content engagement, and campaign performance using available analytics toolsTrack and report key marketing metrics including website traffic, social media performance, media coverage, online reputation scores, and campaign effectivenessProvide regular insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and digital performanceUtilise data analytics, reporting tools, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions to identify trends and optimise marketing return on investmentInfluencer & Content Creator ManagementDevelop and implement influencer and content creator engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and commercial performanceIdentify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with relevant travel, lifestyle, food and beverage, wellness, MICE, and corporate influencers, content creators, bloggers, and Key Opinion LeadersPlan, coordinate, and host influencer stays, media familiarisation trips, restaurant reviews, and promotional campaignsNegotiate and manage influencer and content creator partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand standards and budget requirementsMonitor and evaluate campaign performance through engagement, reach, impressions, and other agreed metricsSource and leverage user-generated directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing and General ManagerRequirementsMinimum 3 years of managerial experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing within the hospitality industryMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related discipline from a recognised institutionExperience in an international 4-star or 5-star hotel environmentProven experience in media relations, public relations, content development, and marketing communicationsExperience managing digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online reputation managementExperience working with external agencies, media partners, influencers, content creators, photographers, and creative vendorsExperience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and promotional eventsExperience in website content management and digital content developmentExcellent written, editing, and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation, storytelling, and copywriting abilitiesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to
