Role Overview  InMobi is scaling past 2,000 people across global markets, and this role partners with InMobi Group across InMobi Ads and Glance AI to build the talent systems that will shape what the company becomes next. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, you get to shape and run with the core parts of the talent lifecycle Performance and Growth, Leadership development, High-potential investment and succession. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a product builder; ships fast, iterates in real time, and designs experiences that drive impact at scale. The pace of our business is the pace of this role.  What you’ll do

Re-shape how InMobi evaluates and differentiates performance -  moving from an annual cycle to a lightweight, continuous rhythm where teams act on performance signals in real time

Build the muscle for non-linear growth; Growth that isn't tied to title progression so development conversations happen regularly and become part of how InMobi operates.

Design and deliver leadership development experiences that are rigorous, experiential, and tied to operating in the Eco-system

Own the lifecycle of InMobi's flagship Hi-Potential and future leadership program — from identifying talent, to unlocking their potential, to partnering with stakeholders for continuous development, to designing the immersive experiences that build our next generation of leaders.

Reshape the career architecture including role clarity, levelling frameworks, and internal mobility tools so  that employees can see a future at InMobi and the org can facilitate sharper talent decisions.

How You Work?

Stakeholder Management - Partner across InMobi Group (InMobi Ads, Glance AI) and the People COE (People Business Partners, Total Rewards, L&D, People Ops, HR Tech) to ensure talent programs are coherent across business units and functions.

Problem solving & solutioning - Leverage AI tools and approaches to make learning and development more personalised, scalable, and embedded in the flow of work.

Analytical mindset - Use data to drive decisions — track what matters, surface trends, and translate metrics into recommendations that senior leaders act on.

Innovative , Ownership , Accountability - Work with a high degree of independence. You set the agenda, make calls, bring stakeholders along, and course-correct as you go.

Who you are?  You’re a big-picture thinker who brings bold ideas and can ground those ideas in what’s right for InMobi. You default to pace over perfection, automate what can be automated, and actively use AI to accelerate how you design, deliver, and iterate on talent experiences.  You’re not afraid to throw out the playbook to try something new, and you’re energised not unsettled by the pace at which AI is reshaping the People function. You think beyond programs to experiences that bring impact at scale, and you can shift gears from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and delivering with speed.

8+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development preferably with at least 3+ years in a dedicated talent/OD role at a tech or high-growth company.

Proven track record leading large-scale talent processes end-to-end (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning) across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. You can write a crisp strategy doc, present to the Founders, and craft employee-facing comms with equal ease.

You have a track record of making fast decisions, running rapid experiments, and course-correcting in real time.

Genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming People strategy and implementation. You don’t need to be a technologist, but you should be actively experimenting and forming a point of view.

Prior experience in a Strategy or HR consulting firm (preferred)
