With over 12 years of experience and 300+ F&B clients, we help restaurants, cafés and food brands grow through branding, social media marketing, food photography, packaging design and digital campaigns.The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager who can keep projects moving from brief to final delivery.You will be the key link between clients and our creative team, ensuring that briefs are clear, timelines are managed, artwork is properly curated, and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementLiaise with clients to understand their requirements, objectives and feedbackManage day-to-day communication with clientsClarify feedback and translate client requirements into clear action pointsManage client expectations, timelines and deliverablesBuild strong and professional client relationshipsCreative Project ManagementDevelop clear creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers and social media teamsCoordinate projects from initial concept to final deliveryReview and curate artwork before presenting to clientsEnsure all creative work follows the client's brand directionConsolidate client feedback and coordinate revisionsTimeline & Workflow ManagementCreate and manage project timelinesCoordinate internal resources and assign tasksFollow up with team members to ensure deadlines are metIdentify potential delays or issues early and resolve them proactivelyManage multiple projects and clients simultaneouslyContent & Campaign ProjectsCoordinate photoshoots and videography sessionsAssist in planning social media campaigns and content calendarsCoordinate branding, packaging, menu and marketing projectsEnsure all deliverables are completed according to the approved briefQuality ControlReview work before it goes to the clientCheck for spelling, formatting, brand consistency and accuracyEnsure the final output meets Co Enterprise's quality standardsProvide constructive feedback to the creative team when necessaryWe Are Looking For Someone WhoHas strong project management and organisational skillsIs confident communicating with clientsHas good attention to detailCan manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesIs proactive and able to solve problems independentlyCan communicate clearly with both clients and creative teamsHas a good eye for design and understands basic branding principlesIs comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environmentExperience & RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design or related fields2–4 years of experience in project management, account management, marketing or creative agencies preferredExperience managing F&B clients is an advantageFamiliarity with social media, branding, photography and digital marketing is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat Success Looks LikeProjects are delivered on time and according to briefClients receive clear and timely communicationCreative teams receive clear briefs and actionable feedbackFewer revisions are required due to better briefing and quality controlClients are happy and continue working with Co EnterpriseWhy Join Co Enterprise?Work with a diverse portfolio of F&B brandsBe involved in projects from strategy to executionWork alongside designers, photographers, videographers and social media specialistsGain hands-on experience across branding, content and digital marketingOpportunity to grow into a Senior Project Manager / Account Director roleInterested applicants:Please email your CV and portfolio to [email protected]: co-enterprise.com.sg
