Driver Operations Associate | Communications

Job summary This position is responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that effectively communicates key messages to our driver community. The main responsibility is optimizing communication channels and ensuring a seamless experience for our drivers.
What you’ll do: Develop, plan, and execute driver care, engagement, and incentive initiatives to grow the driver community, enhance driver experience, and improve operational performance.
Develop strong relationships with drivers, effectively communicate new policies, and promote driver engagement and morale.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate initiative effectiveness (participation rate, cost efficiency, operational impact, etc.), and proactively optimize performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan and achieve defined objectives.
Gather and share insights on driver communities by researching driver groups, competitors offering,..
Deliver high-quality & easy-to-understand content to effectively communicate identified issues to drivers through various channels (e.g., Blog, in-app, Social Media).
Experiment & optimize comms content across both in-app & out-app channels (e.g. notifications, banners, ads, SMS, Chatbots, etc.) to improve conversion rate and lower cost.
Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in all internal and external communications related to driver communication, quality and performance.
Develop and enhance training material for drivers (offline and online) to equip drivers with the necessary skills to operate safely and effectively in the Lalamove platform.
Searching driver's benefits & planning programs and doing contracts with partnerships.
Implement, optimize, and simplify pipeline reporting/ dashboards to give varying levels of leadership visibility to pipeline progress for all inbound, and outbound.
Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.

What you’ll need: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a content marketing or communications role.
Experience in content writing and circulation (including but not limited to In-App Comms, WhatsApp Comms, SMS).
Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word.
Passion for content development, ready to research and identify new trends in digital.
Having experience in designing & video editing will be considered as an added advantage.
Positive attitude with a keen attention to detail, proactive nature, and a self-driven approach.
Good command of English.
