This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand at an early stage of SEA expansion and help shape how Unichi connects with consumers across the region.Sales Executive — SEA Retail & Business SupportKey Responsibilities1. Retail Account SupportSupport the team in managing retail accounts across selected Southeast Asia marketsAssist in preparing sales reports, promotion summaries, and basic account review materialsFollow up on product listings, pricing updates, and promotional setups with distributors and retailersTrack basic sales data and help monitor promotion performanceEnsure timely follow-up on routine account requests and operational matters2. Business Development SupportAssist in researching potential retail partners, distributors, and new market opportunitiesSupport preparation of basic pitch materials, product information, and pricing sheetsFollow up with leads and support communication with potential partnersAssist in new product listing coordination and basic launch preparation3. Execution & Store-Level Follow-upSupport the execution of promotions, product launches, and in-store activitiesFollow up with distributors on stock availability, replenishment, and basic execution issuesAssist in checking store-level execution, including product visibility, pricing accuracy, and POSM placementConduct store visits when required and report key findings4. Coordination & Daily OperationsWork with distributors and internal teams to follow up on orders, deliveries, and stock updatesAssist in coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and finance for day-to-day operationsSupport documentation, claims follow-up, and internal tracking5. Reporting & Market InsightsPrepare basic sales updates, market visit notes, and competitor observationsTrack competitor activities such as pricing, promotions, and new product launchesMaintain simple trackers for accounts, promotions, and execution statusRequirements1–3 years of experience in sales support, retail operations, or FMCG-related rolesFresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to applyExperience in FMCG, health & wellness, beauty, or retail is a plusBasic Excel and PowerPoint skills (comfortable with simple reporting)Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plusDetail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learnAble to work in a fast-paced and growing environmentWillingness to travel occasionally within Southeast AsiaSuitable for candidates looking to grow into regional sales/account management roles
