Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and customer loyalty. Lead end-to-end campaign planning across digital, offline, community, and trade channels. Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Creative, and Community teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategy, communication plan, and performance tracking. Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and brand health metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness. Oversee creative direction for social media, packaging, promotional materials, and brand assets. Work closely with KOL, affiliate, and community teams to strengthen engagement and trust among mothers and parents. Prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG, baby & mother products, health, or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, especially in parenting and family market segments. Proven experience in handling integrated marketing campaigns and product launches. Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high adaptability. Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred. Familiar with digital marketing trends, social commerce, and community-driven branding strategies. Can join immediately and willing to working from Office in our Head Office, Joglo, Jakarta Barat
