Strategic Partnerships Manager/Business Development Manager(Logistics Platform)Role OverviewWe are representing our client in search for a highly driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand their overseas business ecosystem and develop strategic partnerships across logistics, mobility, and local services platforms. This role will be responsible for building and managing B2B platform partnerships, driving external traffic and order acquisition, and creating scalable collaboration models that enhance platform capacity utilization and business growthKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic partnership initiatives across overseas markets, focusing on logistics platforms (TMS providers), local services platforms, freight marketplaces, ride-hailing, and transportation platformsBuild and expand a strong ecosystem of B2B platform partners to drive high-quality traffic, customer acquisition, and order volume to the company's platformEstablish and scale capacity-sharing partnerships, including carrier integration, fulfillment collaboration, API connectivity, and operational support modelsLead the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, partnership strategy development, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and post-launch managementCollaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to implement partnership integrations, API connectivity, pricing structures, settlement models, and operational workflowsMonitor partnership performance through data analysis and KPIs, continuously optimizing collaboration models to drive sustainable growthStay informed on logistics industry trends, platform ecosystems, and emerging market opportunities to identify new strategic partnership opportunitiesRequirementBachelor's degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technology, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Platform Partnerships, or Commercial DevelopmentPrior experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, mobility, marketplace, or internet platform businesses is highly preferredStrong understanding of platform-based business models, traffic acquisition partnerships, API integrations, marketplace ecosystems, and capacity-sharing modelsProven ability to independently identify, develop, negotiate, and close strategic partnershipStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and results-oriented mindsetBased in Singapore and willing to travel internationally as requiredRegret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notifiedwww.dadaconsultants.comEA Registration Number: R1878287Business Registration Number: 201735941W
