We aim to build a smart and healthy generation by offering high-quality, nutritious products. Now, we are expanding our e-commerce team to dominate the Shopee marketplace and grow our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to boost Shopee store rankings and increase visibility. Optimize Shopee features such as Shopee Ads, Shopee Live, Flash Sale, and promotions. Conduct in-depth data analysis to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Manage product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions and engaging visuals. Plan and execute advertising campaigns using Shopee Ads for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive external traffic to Shopee. Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on Shopee’s latest trends and algorithms. Improve customer experience by ensuring fast response times, excellent reviews, and high ratings. Work closely with Brand Spc for KOLs, influencers, and affiliates to boost sales.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on Shopee. Proven track record in optimizing Shopee algorithms and improving store performance. Strong understanding of Shopee Ads, CPAS, campaign strategies, and pricing tactics. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and meet performance targets. Excellent communication skills and a passion for e-commerce growth.
