Role Overview Coupang Ads is seeking a senior leader to own Sales Strategy & Operations for the Korea Ads business. This role is responsible for defining and operating the systems that drive advertiser growth, sales productivity, and business performance at scale. This leader will oversee Sales Operations, CRM and Salesforce, Incentives and Compensation, and Analytics across a distributed organization. Serving as a core partner to Sales and executive leadership, this individual will shape business planning, establish operating mechanisms, and build the analytical and operational foundation required to scale one of Asia's fastest-growing advertising businesses. What You Will Do • Define the operating model, planning framework, and performance architecture for the Ads business• Own business planning, including target setting, forecasting, and investment allocation• Drive sales productivity and revenue performance through scalable operating mechanisms• Lead end-to-end sales operations including pipeline management, territory design, and execution discipline• Own CRM and systems strategy, ensuring data quality, adoption, and scalable infrastructure• Design incentive and compensation frameworks that align behavior with business outcomes• Build and lead a best-in-class analytics function to inform strategic and operational decisions• Translate business performance, risks, and opportunities into clear recommendations for executive leadership• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities and accelerate growth• Build and scale a high-performing organization with strong operational and analytical capabilities Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience• 10+ years of leadership experience, including leading leaders and large cross-functional organizations• Experience owning Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations at scale• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operating model design and execution• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience influencing executive decision making• Experience building scalable operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, and performance systems• Ability to operate at executive level in ambiguous, high-growth environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience in advertising, ad-tech, retail media, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace businesses• Experience leading complex, multi-country or distributed organizations• Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, Salesforce, and revenue operations• Experience designing enterprise-scale compensation and incentive models• Background in consulting, strategy, or advanced analytics• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process• Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer• The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.• Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
