Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute partnership strategies to support business growth and market expansion.Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers.Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements.Drive revenue growth and achieve business performance targets.Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of partnership initiatives.Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.Prepare business proposals, presentations, forecasts, and performance reports.Ensure partnerships are managed effectively and aligned with organizational goals.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Finance, or a related discipline.Significant experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a related commercial function.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to negotiate and manage commercial agreements.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to deliver business growth and achieve commercial objectives.Preferred QualificationsExperience within the travel, hospitality, technology, financial services, or related industries.Experience managing regional partnerships and cross-functional stakeholders.Established network of industry contacts is advantageous.
