Senior AI/ML Manager

The Company You're JoiningA global technology and engineering group that provides intelligent transportation systems, smart city solutions, satellite communications, and mission-critical systems for defense, government, and commercial customers.What You'll DoSolution architecture and technical direction: Lead the design of enterprise solutions spanning applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations. Architecture governance: Define architecture principles, standards, reference designs, and technical guardrails; review designs and ensure alignment throughout delivery. Technical leadership: Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, resolve complex technical issues, manage architectural risks, and mentor technical staff. AI and data solution design: Architect AI, machine learning, Generative AI, analytics, data pipelines, model deployment, and AI-enabled applications, including the onboarding and operationalization of suitable use cases. Cloud and on-premise platform architecture: Design secure and resilient cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and on-premise solutions using appropriate platform, container, integration, database, and infrastructure technologies. Technology evaluation: Assess solution options and recommend fit-for-purpose technologies based on requirements, constraints, scalability, security, maintainability, and total lifecycle considerations. Delivery oversight: Provide architectural leadership across requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations. Innovation and capability development: Lead proofs-of-concept, develop reusable architecture assets, and keep the team current with advances in AI, cloud, software engineering, and enterprise platforms. What You'll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, or a technical leadership role. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains. Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, databases, system integration, scalability, availability, resilience, and observability. Ready to Apply?Click ‘Apply Now’ and our consultant will reach out for a discussion to share more.EA License No: 12C6045 | UEN: 53041699M
