Role Overview   We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage corporate office network infrastructure supporting Coupang’s global operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of network environments while collaborating closely with Security, IT Infrastructure, and End-User Technology teams.The position involves network deployment, operations support, performance optimization, and advanced troubleshooting to maintain a reliable and efficient network experience across all corporate locations.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support scalable and resilient network infrastructure for corporate officesImplement and manage enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions to ensure optimal user experienceManage and support WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and network interconnectivity for seamless connectivityProactively monitor network health and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issuesProvide support for site-level network incidents and user-impacting issuesGenerate periodic operational and performance reportsManage incident, change, and capacity planning processesSupport office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgradesCollaborate with Infrastructure, End-User Technology, and Unified Communications teamsEnsure high availability, reliability, and performance of site networks

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSA, or equivalent5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and supportStrong understanding of routing and switching conceptsHands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and ISEWorking knowledge of Palo Alto firewallsSolid understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controlStrong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience working in multinational corporate environmentsAbility to operate effectively in high-paced, cross-cultural settingsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
