Operating in 70 countries, JLL delivers value through property management, outsourcing, and investment management services.Job SummaryThe Regional Account Procurement Lead manages sourcing activities across multiple sites within the account, developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement category sourcing strategies aligned with account and client objectivesLead sourcing plans and manage their execution to deliver maximum value balancing business needs, risk, and market capabilitiesServe as subject matter expert for assigned categories, maintaining and expanding knowledge of market drivers and supply baseCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze category requirements including spend, demand, supplier performance, and service levelsManage supplier relationships, resolving escalated issues and ensuring agreed performance metrics and contract complianceDrive operational compliance in contract management and insurance certificate requirementsManage supplier spend with Account Manager to achieve baseline targets and glide path savingsLead Rfx processes on behalf of the client, including development and maintenance of procurement documentation and reportsBuild consensus and secure buy-in for sourcing strategies across all sites within the accountTrack, review, and report on sourcing project performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvementInitiate complexity reduction and standardization programs involving all sites to enhance efficiencyManage sourcing risks by ensuring adherence to corporate compliance, platform, and policy requirementsSupport ad-hoc procurement tasks as assigned by the Account Manager to meet evolving business needsPreferred competencies and qualificationsMinimum 5 to 7 years of procurement experience with detailed knowledge of marketplace, key drivers, and supply baseProfessional knowledge of procurement principles including category and sourcing managementSound understanding of corporate regulations and legislation for effective contract creationProven ability to manage spend effectively in line with procurement targetsExperience delivering and managing complex sourcing and procurement projectsStrong stakeholder management skills adaptable to matrix organizationsDemonstrated client relationship skills with ability to influence decision-makingEffective people management skills to lead teams and deliver resultsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, with local language skills preferred for client interactionCommercially aware, self-motivated, confident, and flexible to adapt to changing situationsHonest, trustworthy, open to new ideas, and willing to challenge the status quoOther InformationKey stakeholders include JLL Management Staff, Client Management Staff, and Supplier Management Staff.
