職務介紹 Middle Mile（中程運輸）運輸規劃專員負責中程運輸網路的規劃與管理，透過建立營運指標、預測運輸產能、結合銷售預測進行物流規劃，以及分析車隊與司機績效，協助公司持續優化中程運輸網路的效率與成本結構。 此職位將與營運、供應鏈及規劃團隊緊密合作，運用數據分析與規劃能力，支援物流網路的擴展與最佳化。

工作內容 📊 運輸規劃與績效管理

建立中程運輸（Middle Mile）相關規劃與預測所需之關鍵績效指標（KPI）及評估標準 監控並分析物流運輸績效，提出改善建議 評估司機與車隊運作效率，建立生產力衡量機制

🚚 運能規劃與預測

建置並維護每日、每月運輸產能規劃模型 規劃與預估人力及運輸設備需求 與營運團隊合作，確保規劃方案有效執行 支援物流網路擴展及運能提升計畫

📈 銷售與物流需求整合

與 S&OP（Sales & Operations Planning，銷售與營運規劃）團隊合作 收集並分析 GMV（商品交易總額）及銷售預測資訊 將業務成長預估轉換為物流資源與產能規劃需求 協助制定中長期物流發展策略

🔍 數據分析與成本優化

分析不同物流成本模型與運輸成本結構 規劃各路線、區域之運輸生產力與效益 透過數據分析找出改善機會並提出優化方案

🛠 規劃工具建置

協助開發與導入人力規劃工具（Workforce Planning Tools） 提升運能預測與資源配置的準確性 推動數據化與自動化規劃流程

基本條件

4 年以上物流中程運輸（Middle Mile）相關工作經驗 具備數據分析與資料處理經驗，能建立支援商業決策之分析模型 良好的跨部門溝通與協調能力 具備強烈數據導向思維及邏輯分析能力 熟練使用：

Microsoft Office Excel（進階能力） Google Sheets

加分條件

商業管理、物流管理、供應鏈管理或工業工程相關科系學歷 具備物流規劃、需求預測或專案管理經驗 曾參與物流網路規劃、運能管理或車隊管理相關專案 熟悉電商、物流或配送產業運作模式
