As Owala expands across retail stores, kiosks, community events and strategic partnerships, we are looking for a Brand & Community Manager to grow awareness, engagement and excitement around the brand in Singapore.The RoleThis role is responsible for growing Owala's presence both online and offline.You will own Owala Singapore's social media channels, creator relationships, partnerships, retail activations and product launches.You will work closely with a freelance videographer and content creators to produce engaging content while also executing community and retail marketing initiatives.This role combines social media management, brand marketing, partnerships and event execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & ContentOwn Owala Singapore's social media channels.Develop and manage monthly content calendars.Create social media posts across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.Write captions, campaign copy and social content.Coordinate with freelance videographers and photographers on content creation.Brief creators and content partners.Monitor content performance and engagement.Ensure all content aligns with Owala brand guidelines.Community ManagementEngage with followers and brand advocates.Identify opportunities to create conversation and participation around the brand.Build relationships with local communities and interest groups.Product Launches & CampaignsPlan and execute new product launches.Develop campaign concepts and launch mechanics.Coordinate launch assets across retail and digital channels.Support limited edition and seasonal campaigns.Influencer & Creator PartnershipsIdentify and recruit creators aligned with the Owala brand.Manage product seeding and gifting.Coordinate creator partnerships and campaign deliverables.Track creator performance and campaign outcomes.Partnerships & CollaborationsBuild relationships with relevant brands, organisations and communities.Develop collaborative marketing opportunities.Execute cross-promotional campaigns and activations.Retail Activations & EventsSupport kiosk openings and retail launches.Plan and execute community events and experiential activations.Coordinate marketing materials and event assets.Work closely with store teams to ensure excellent execution.Key DeliverablesWeekly3–5 social media posts.5–10 Instagram stories.Community engagement and responses.Creator outreach and follow-up.MonthlyContent calendar.Campaign performance report.Partnership pipeline update.Influencer and creator performance review.QuarterlyMajor product launch or activation campaign.Community event or partnership initiative.Retail marketing activation.Ideal Candidate2–5 years of experience in social media, brand marketing or community marketing.Strong writing and copywriting skills.Comfortable creating social media content and managing content calendars.Strong project management and organisational skills.Confident working with creators, influencers and partners.Passionate about lifestyle brands, retail and consumer experiences.Self-driven and able to execute independently.Success MetricsSocial media follower growth.Engagement rate.Reach and impressions.Creator-generated content performance.Event participation.Partnership outcomes.Retail traffic generated from campaigns.Product launch performance.Reporting StructureReports to: Retail Director / FounderWorks closely with:Freelance VideographersFreelance PhotographersStore TeamsRetail OperationsBrand PartnersInfluencers and Creators
