About UsGPJ is the world's leading strategic experience marketing agency.Job PurposeThis role will be responsible for leading one of our key global accounts, where you’ll work with the global GPJ team and a wider agency village to deliver complex sponsorship, exhibition and experiential marketing projects across the APAC region.Key ResponsibilitiesClient / Account ManagementResponsible for retaining and growing the assigned account, you will proactively seek opportunities to do more for our clientBig picture thinking - You will apply your deep understanding of the client’s needs to help shape smart, relevant & proactive proposalsBuild and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood and responded to in a timely wayEnsure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/ action itemsEnsure stability of revenues by managing existing projects to ensure client needs are metEnsure changes are clearly communicated to client and approvedAssess performance metrics and provide insights to improve future projects.Ownership of overall project successResponsible for defining and ensuring clarity of project scopeLeads weekly client calls, client communications and debrief presentationsCollates relevant post event data, including clients response on the post event evaluationEnsure compliance and championship of internal GPJ processes with internal and external stakeholdersFinancial ManagementYou will own overall responsibility for account revenue targetsYou will own the accountability for budget reconciliation and project closure within the prescribed timeframeYou will manage the budget process from a profit generation perspective including expense management, client quoting and profit modellingYou will manage the budget approval process and receipt of POProvide quarterly reports for both the client and internal stakeholders at a global levelYou stay abreast of client billing escalation issues and ensure they are being resolvedCreative ManagementCollaborate with inter-organisation creative studio to ensure all creative content and agency solutions address the clients needsParticipate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clientsSuccess MeasuresDevelop deep trusted advisor relationships within the clientFlawless delivery of client commitments, exceeding client expectationsPositive team climate that inspires others to excel and deliverSeen as a valuable leader of inspiring the team to deliver beyond client expectationsExpand current retained business and ensure continued repeat business with clientPlease note this role requires up to 25% travel.About youYou’ll have a ‘roll-your-sleeves-up’ approach and an amazing attitude to matchYou communicate with clarity, conviction and persuasiveness tailored to different situationsYou have an agile mindset.
