This role suits fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years’ experience seeking to develop skills in business excellence and operational support.Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and management updates to support business excellence initiativesCollect, consolidate, clean, and maintain accurate business data from multiple sources for analysisUse Microsoft Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and highlight operational areas needing attentionDevelop and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and databases with precision and accuracyMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance metrics to support decision-makingIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvementsDocument and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process guidelinesPerform data validation and checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of informationCoordinate with various departments to gather information and follow up on outstanding itemsProvide administrative and coordination support for Business Excellence projects and initiativesConduct ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and operational support as requiredRequirements:Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.Very good Microsoft Excel skills are essential.Comfortable working with data, numbers, and detailed reports.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organisational and time-management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.Able to work independently as well as in a team.Excel-savvy and enjoys working with dataDetail-oriented and systematicGood with numbers and able to spot discrepanciesCurious about business processes and operationsProactive in identifying issues and improvement opportunitiesWilling to learn and take on new responsibilitiesComfortable working with different teamsKeen to develop a career in Business Excellence, Operations, Data Analysis, or Process Improvement
