Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Our client is a technology services partner delivering software for Singapore government agencies. They are building an internal platform that brings cybersecurity assessment tooling, AI workflows and reporting into a single dashboard. This is a hands-on build role — you’ll ship across the full stack and work directly with frontier AI models.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain the platform backend, APIs, dashboard and reporting modulesDesign AI workflows on top of frontier models — retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and integrating model output into backend services with appropriate guardrailsBuild ingestion pipelines that normalise outputs from a range of security scanning tools into a single unified data modelSupport deployment to both cloud and offline, network-isolated environments, including locally hosted model inferenceImplement logging, audit trails, access controls and secure engineering practicesMaintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts and infrastructure configurationWork with existing code — understand legacy setups, refactor, and propose practical improvementsCore Key Skills4+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, DevOps or platform engineeringHands-on full-stack development — Python or Node.js/TypeScript, plus REST API developmentA modern frontend framework (React, Vue or Angular) with dashboard-building experienceHands-on experience building on frontier AI models — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or model output integrated into production servicesAWS services, containerisation and CI/CD pipelinesWorking knowledge of application security, container security and vulnerability management — enough to model security scanner output correctlyStrong English communication skills for working across engineering and client teamsNice to HaveRunning locally hosted or open-weight models (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp, quantisation) in offline or restricted environmentsEvaluating and guardrailing non-deterministic systems — eval harnesses, output validation, prompt-injection defenceExperience designing portable systems for offline deployment and reproducibilityExposure to vulnerability assessment tooling such as Nessus or Burp Suite
