Get to Know the TeamThe Marketplace team supports Deliveries teams across countries in managing driver supply, consumer pricing, and marketplace strategy. You'll work with datasets and analytics to derive insights and create solutions that improve business outcomes. The team manages marketplace products and is accountable for marketplace health and performance. Working in a hybrid Regional + Country model, you'll anchor the cross-country agenda, set frameworks, and lead conceptual thinking for regional priorities while working with local country leadership. You'll own your strategic impact across markets.Get to Know the RoleThis is a Senior Manager role reporting into the Head of Deliveries Marketplace and is based onsite at One North Grab Singapore office. You'll define, lead, and own the health and strategic direction of the Deliveries Marketplace (GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart). You'll combine analytical rigour with business strategy and influence executive-level stakeholders. You'll lead the Regional Marketplace mandate to set strategy, design solutions, and drive cross-country marketplace performance.Key ownership areas include:Defining and designing the cross-country strategy for delivery-partner supply health, productivity, quality, and retentionOwning the regional consumer pricing frameworks to maximize growth and profitability across multiple marketsLeading cross-country strategic projects focused on service quality and platform reliabilityPotential path towards leading a country marketplaceThe Critical Tasks You will PerformYou'll:Define and own the long-term strategic vision for consumer pricing and marketplace mechanics across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with business growth targets and profitability goalsDesign, champion, and iterate regional frameworks for delivery-partner engagement models and incentive structures to ensure optimal acquisition, retention, and cost-efficiency across marketsLead strategic initiatives to improve platform reliability and service quality, working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the user experienceConceptualise and design new fulfilment-related algorithms (e.g., batching, allocation) in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams to maximise regional performanceServe as a thought partner to regional Product teams, influencing the long-term product roadmap based on marketplace needs and strategic prioritiesInterpret marketplace performance metrics and communicate findings to executive stakeholders, translating analytics into data-driven recommendations that inform major business decisionsManage, develop, and mentor team members, providing guidance on analytical approaches and strategic thinkingWhat Essential Skills You will NeedAt least 6 years of experience in strategic consulting, product management at a tech company, or a related field requiring data-informed decision-makingExperience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate analysis and solution developmentExperience driving P&L impact through strategic projects, with measurable outcomes in revenue growth, cost reduction, or efficiency improvementsExperience designing and implementing pricing frameworks or incentive structures in a multi-market environmentExperience leading projects across multiple business lines or countries, managing stakeholders with competing prioritiesExperience presenting findings to C-level executives and influencing business decisions based on data-driven recommendationsExperience managing and mentoring a team of 2 or more people, with responsibility for their professional development and performanceYou can articulate strategic visions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesYou can also apply directly via https://smrtr.io/zs5Zs
