Project Manager (AI/ML Domain)

ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Data, Security) to define and translate AI/ML use cases into clear product and technical requirementsDrive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects, from discovery and experimentation to production deployment and optimizationDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics to track progress across multiple AI initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projectsFacilitate workshops and technical discussions to define workflows, system integrations, and AI solution designMonitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and frameworks; proactively identify risks, issues, and dependenciesManage changes in project scope, especially in iterative AI development environments, using structured methodologiesPrepare and present regular updates to management on project status, risks, and key milestonesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and product objectivesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in project management within Technology, Software Development, or AI/ML-related domainsHands-on experience supporting delivery of AI/ML or data-driven products (e.g. predictive models, recommendation systems, Generative AI applications)Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in iterative, experimentation-driven environmentsExperience facilitating discovery workshops and translating business problems into technical requirementsFamiliarity with AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment is a strong advantageStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences)Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft OfficeCertified Agile Project Manager or equivalent certification preferredExperience in Media & Entertainment or Generative AI projects is a plus
