Roles & ResponsibilitiesORBISE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is looking for a TikTok Live Commerce Executive / Livestream Host to support our growing social commerce operations in Singapore. We welcome candidates from Marketing, Media, Performing Arts, Fashion, Beauty, Business, E-Commerce and other backgrounds. Career switchers are also welcome to apply.This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in TikTok, livestreaming, fashion and e-commerce. Prior livestreaming experience is not required as training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with and host TikTok livestream sessions for fashion and e-commerce brandsPresent and demonstrate products during livestream sessionsTry on and showcase women's apparel during live broadcastsEngage with viewers and respond to customer comments and enquiriesUnderstand common Singapore English expressions, Chinese and online abbreviationsAssist with livestream preparation, product arrangement and studio setupProcess and organise orders generated from livestream sessionsSupport basic TikTok Shop and e-commerce backend operationsAssist with simple content, product and administrative tasks when requiredWork with the operations team to improve livestream engagement and sales performanceRequirementsGood communication skills in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with English-speaking customers and Mandarin-speaking business partnersComfortable appearing on camera and interacting with livestream audiencesInterest in TikTok, livestreaming, fashion or e-commerceBasic makeup and personal presentation skillsComfortable demonstrating and trying on women's apparel during livestream sessionsMost livestream sample apparel is provided in sizes S/MAble to work independently and communicate well within a small teamPositive attitude and willingness to learnPrior experience in livestreaming, retail, social media or e-commerce is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.Working Location50 Serangoon North Avenue 4, First Centre, SingaporeCareer DevelopmentSuccessful candidates will receive hands-on training in TikTok livestream commerce, customer engagement and e-commerce operations.Strong performers may progress into a full-time Livestream Host or broader E-Commerce / Social Commerce role as the company expands its operations in Singapore.
