This position will be reporting to the Digital Account Director.Role & Responsibility:Support Client to manage operations to acquire more quality traffic and improve on-site experience, eventually driving more e-shop conversions by improving Content publishing and SEO implementation.Content PublishingManage publishing for Client with understanding about global general / whole process from asset sourcing to web productionEnsure content governance and audit of websites for content quality and accuracy based on Content Guidelines and briefMonitor and manage monthly product publishing rate, performance and reportServe as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client accounts.Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations.SEOQA and coordinate on RHQ-led monthly SEO reportCoordination of SEO implementation plan between RHQ-led strategy, shared-service office and ClientSEO copy localizationPost execution insights reporting to ClientRequirements:Experience in working with a structure with multiple stakeholders and multiple tools, governed by global guidelinesExperience with CMS (Content Management System) tools like AEM, WORDPRESS, etc.Experience with online shopping site product management with buying configuration by using eCommerce toolsExperience with project management using PM tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)Experience with stakeholders communication, managing project deliverables and timelinesGeneral knowledge of web language (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and website audit tools like (Screamingfrog, Googlewebmastertool, etc.)Understanding of Google search engine algorithm linking to the search result rankingUnderstanding of keyword research tools (keyword planner, SEM rush, etc.) and basic SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console)
