We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager – Marketplace & Corporate Alliances to lead our efforts in expanding partnerships across e-commerce marketplaces and developing strategic corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through online marketplace integrations, building B2B alliances, and identifying new business opportunities in the Singapore market.Job DescriptionMarketplace ManagementManage & Develop Partnership with leading online marketplace (e.g Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, etc)Lead onbardbing, product listing optimisation, pricing, inventory coordinations and promotions for marketplaceMonitor performance KPI and optimise accordinglyCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution on marketplacesCorporate AlliancesIdentify and secure corporate partnerships for bulk gifting, employee rewards, festive campaigns, and loyalty programsDevelop customised gifting solutions for B2B clients and manage end-to-end execution.Negoiate and close long-term corporate contracts with high value clientsRepresent FNP at networking events, B2B expos and industry gathering to genereate visibility and leadsStrategic & Finanacial PlanningCreate revenue forecasts, sales targets, and partnerships roadmapsTrack and report alliance performance metrics and marketplace ROICollaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely invoicing, delivery, and after-sales serviceTeam Management & CollaborationLead a small team across sales, marketing and operationProvide strategic inputs for new product development based on partner and market feedbackJob RequirementsBachelor Degree or MBA in Business, Marketing or related fields5-10 years in marketplace management,e-commerce, corporate sales or partnershipsProven success in scaling marketplace revenue and managing high value corporate clientsStrong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skillsDeep understanding of Singapore e-commerce and B2B ecosystem
