We bring people together through unique activations, engaging storytelling, and memorable experiences that resonate with our audience.We're looking for a Creative Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns, content, and experiences.Role OverviewAs a Creative Executive, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social media, events, and brand activations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and creators to develop content and experiences that strengthen Sixides' brand presence and community engagement.This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organised, proactive, and passionate about content, culture, and community-building.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social MediaDevelop and execute content ideas for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and emerging channels.Create engaging copy, captions, and content concepts aligned with brand objectives.Coordinate content production including photoshoots, videography, and creator collaborations.Monitor social media trends and recommend opportunities to increase reach and engagement.Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of content.Campaign & Brand MarketingAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.Support the development of creative briefs and campaign concepts.Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaign assets.Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports and recommendations.Events & Community EngagementSupport the planning and execution of community events, networking sessions, workshops, and brand activations.Coordinate event logistics, registrations, communications, and vendor management.Engage with community members, partners, and attendees before, during, and after events.Gather feedback and insights to improve future experiences.Partnerships & CollaborationsAssist in identifying and managing partnerships with brands, creators, influencers, and community groups.Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure commitments are fulfilled.Support co-marketing initiatives and collaborative campaigns.Creative OperationsMaintain marketing and creative assets, ensuring brand consistency across channels.Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and vendor coordination.Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging content formats.Contribute ideas that enhance the Sixides brand and community experience.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, events, or community management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools is advantageous.Experience with photography, videography, or short-form content creation is a plus.Strong organisational and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.Passion for community-building, events, lifestyle brands, and digital culture.What Success Looks LikeConsistent growth in community engagement and social media performance.Successful execution of events and activations with positive attendee feedback.High-quality content delivered on schedule.Strong relationships built with creators, partners, and community members.Creative ideas that contribute to brand growth and audience engagement.Why Join SixidesOpportunity to shape and grow an emerging lifestyle and community brand.Exposure to events, partnerships, content creation, and brand marketing.High ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving environment.Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture with room for growth and development.
