We’re looking for a Product Marketing (Content) Manager who enjoys taking ownership, thinks strategically, and is passionate about creating content that drives business impact. This role goes beyond writing—you’ll own content initiatives from planning through execution, translating product capabilities into compelling stories that educate the market, strengthen our brand, and support business growth. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end content marketing process, from planning and ideation to execution, publishing, and performance analysis. Develop and execute content strategies that support product launches, brand awareness, customer education, lead generation, and customer retention. Create high-quality content across multiple channels, including blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies, website content, and product marketing assets. Proactively identify content opportunities by working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders. Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and content angles. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content. Monitor content performance using analytics and continuously optimize content based on insights and business objectives. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines. Stay up to date with industry trends, AI developments, and content marketing best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS, technology, startup, or agency environment. Exceptional English writing and editing skills, supported by a portfolio of published work (blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, or similar). A thoughtful and proactive mindset, with the ability to independently own projects from ideation through execution. Demonstrates curiosity by asking thoughtful questions, exploring multiple approaches, experimenting with ideas, and taking initiative instead of waiting for detailed instructions. Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote working environment. Familiarity with SEO/GEO principles, content analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and AI-assisted content workflows. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. Experience in the B2B SaaS or MICE industry is a plus.
